Indian Lake Community Association presents Arts in The Garden “an outdoor event that features music and poetry at the Community Teaching Garden on West Boylston Drive in Worcester. Performances will be every other Thursday starting July 7th from 6:30-8:00pm. Rain dates are the following day (Friday).

On September 1st we will be featuring musicians Fox and The Dragon, and poet Susan Roney O’Brien Admission is FREE and patrons are encouraged to bring non-alcoholic beverages and snacks to this family friendly event. Join us for an awesome time at Arts in The Garden!

Fox and The Dragon: Dave and Danielle Magario have been performing for years on their own at localbars and coffee shops. They both have a passion for music and spend the majority of their free time writing or working to perfect their instruments. Friends for a long
time, they decided to collaborate on music and songwriting together and get married. Performing as Fox and the Dragon, the result is an emotional mix of raw lyrics and duet guitars with a storytelling-folk sound..

Susan Roney O’Brien curates a monthly poetry venue, participates in 4×4 a group of visual artists and poets, coordinates the Summer Writing Series for the Kunitz Boyhood Home, and is Vice-President of Programming for the Worcester County Poetry Association. Susan won the 2020 Stanley Kunitz Medal in Poetry.
