Donations
We cherish every donation and work hard to ensure every dollar is put to work helping others quickly. When we receive your donation, we believe it was your full intention to support our efforts to meet our patients and their family’s unmet needs. Because the Worcester County Poetry Association puts all donations to work quickly, we do not offer refunds on any donations or any donations made in receipt of gift items.
If the Worcester County Poetry Association offers a gift with a donation and there is a choice of gifts, please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.
Membership Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Worcester County Poetry Association reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership in the Worcester County Poetry Association. If the Worcester County Poetry Association refuses a new or renewing membership, registrants will be offered a refund.
Membership Cancellation by Participant
Membership cancellations received within 14 days of registration may be eligible to receive a full refund less $50 service fee. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations will be accepted via phone or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. In addition:
All refund requests must be made by the member or credit card holder.
Refund requests must include the name of the member and/or transaction number.
Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
All benefits and incentives received by the participant must be cancelled/returned to the AAOE.
The above policies apply to all Worcester County Poetry Association memberships unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials. Please read all individual program information thoroughly.
